Net Sales Analysis Detailed Report
The Net Sales Analysis Detailed report provides prescription sales, gross profit information, and prescription counts for each Third Party plan.
The report contains up to three sections. You can customize which sections appear on the report in the Extended Criteria.
A subsection for non-retail prescriptions appears under each section of the report if non-retail prescriptions were filled during the report period. This subsection is broken down by Group Rx Status and includes the following disclaimer: "Prescriptions with this Group Rx Status have been included in the above prescription counts." The disclaimer refers to the Group Rx Statuses A, D, I, O, W, X, and non-retail prescriptions with no Group Rx Status assigned. The remaining Group Rx Statuses (C, F, G, N, P, R, T, V, Z) are not related to billing (price is $0.00 for these prescriptions) and are not included on the report.

Prescription $ Values
The Prescription $ Values section includes the dollar value for claims and reversals submitted to each Third Party. This information is broken down by Cost, Markup, and Fee. Net paid totals are indicated for the primary Third Party, COB Third Parties, and Cash.
The Third Party amounts in the Prescription $ Values section are not expected to match the Third Party dollar amounts on the Summary report. The Rx Sales Totals in the Prescription $ Values section will match the Summary report.
If the pharmacy has products monitored in inventory, the overall inventory values are calculated using opening inventory, purchases, the value of dispensed prescriptions, manual adjustments, and closing inventory. The Inventory section also indicates the total number of products that are currently monitored in inventory.
